Most properties today are condominiums. They do not
have to be large multi-unit buildings. They can be two unit
buildings. Many are duplexes that have been converted. However,
there are condominium buildings in Ocean City - some high rise, some
with pools, some with boat slips etc. Most have elevators and
parking but I will make note if they do not. Here are some of the
condos in Ocean City but definitely not all. This is a relatively
small sampling
Flagship - This building has 32 units on
two floors. It is at the boardwalk at 9th Street and is shaped like
a boat. It does have reserved parking and an elevator. It's legal
address is 831 Atlantic Avenue
Oceanside - This is a two story building
with 36 units. It is at Plymouth Place and the Boardwalk and is
directly across the street from the water park. It does have a pool,
reserved parking and an elevator
921 - This is a two story building at the
corner of 9th and Wesley. It has parking
Edgewater - This complex consists of 10
townhouses - 5 situated on 7th Street and the other 5 on Plymouth
Place. There are 13 condominiums - 7 units with 3/4 bedrooms, and 3
units with 3 bedrooms and a 1 bedroom condo unit on ground level.
There is reserved parking and a pool.
Santa Barbara North and South - These
condos are sister condos and share one pool situated at Santa
Barbara South. They have just been recently remodeled and all have
reserved parking and pool

Ocean Colony - 935 Ocean
Gardens Plaza - Park Place and Boardwalk
Sunset Harbor - 7th and Pleasure
Nantucket - 28th and Bay
