Who They Are  

Bob and Barbara have been married for 49 years and have 7 wonderful children. If you want to see them grin from ear to ear just ask them about their 10 grandchildren. "Mom-Mom", sometimes known as "Precious", and "Dude" love to talk and brag about them.....at this time we'll spare you the albums and albums of pictures -   just this one - a picture of ten of them taken on the beach!                        

Their Professional Background       

The Fasys are both PA and NJ licensed real estate brokers. Bob is self-employed and the broker/owner of Fasy Real Estate. Barbara shares the office with him in Ocean City and is an associate broker with Berger Realty . Before moving to the shore, they owned and operated a very successful real estate business in Rose Tree, Media, PA for 30 years. Prior to that, Bob and his brother, Jack, ran the family business - Joseph F. X. Fasy Real Estate - in Philadelphia. Most likely some member of your family has purchased a home from one of the Fasys, as this family has been in the real estate business for over 90 years! Bob is a business graduate of St. Joseph's University and Barbara graduated with a teaching degree from Rosemont College and has her GRI designation (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and also has an e-PRO designation from the National Association of Realtors. Both are highly trained and experienced real estate brokers and specialize in residential sales, rentals and property management. Bob and Barb maintain offices at 1229 Asbury Avenue in Ocean City, NJ and both are members of the Ocean City Board of Realtors. Bob has just opened a branch office in North Wildwood at 1701 New Jersey Avenue, North Wildwood - (609) 522 - 4999. Their son, Robert Jr, is the managing broker in the Wildwood office. Their Special Interests

Bob's hobby is working in the office and working around the yard while Barb loves to swim, paint and work on her computer. She is Past-President of her tole painting chapter, The Shore Pine Chapter of Decorative Artists in Ocean City, NJ. Barbara teaches and sells her works of art but her children put dibs on most of them.They both love to travel especially to visit (and baby-sit) their 10 grandchildren!
